Beef & Pea Curry


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can of tomato soup
  • 2 tbsp canola or vegetable oil
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2+ tbsp curry powder
  • 1 cup of frozen peas
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Ground ginger
  • "Indian" curry powder (e.g. "Madras spicy curry powder" or something)


  1. Heat the oil, then throw in a bunch of crushed red pepper and let it sizzle for a few seconds.
  2. Add the ground beef and 2 tbsp curry powder. Cook until beef is fully browned. Drain. Add garlic.
  3. Add the can of tomato soup and frozen peas. Add a little water (~1/4 cup). Cook for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Add in Indian curry powder, and salt to taste. Stir it all in and it's done.
