 +  * 2 lb pork butt roast (or chuck roast)

 +  * Chili powder
 +  * Sweet Baby Ray's Original BBQ sauce, 28oz bottle

-  * Pork roast or chuck roast +  - Cut meat into 1" strips, cutting off any big fat 
-  * BBQ sauce +  - Cover liberally in paprika and chili powder. Add some salt and pepper. 
-  * Buns +  - Put meat into crock pot with 1.5 cup water and roughly half the sauce 
- +  - Instant pot? Run instant pot for 60 minutes and release. Slow cooker? Set to LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours. 
-Do: +  - Remove meat and shred.  
-  - Stick roast in crock pot +  - Discard liquid in pot.  
-  - Add water so it comes up to about half of the meat's height +  - Add meat back to instant pot or stovetop pot with rest of sauce. Saute for 5-10 min, stirring frequently. 
-  - Cook on low for at least 6 hours +  - Serve
