Yifat's Mediterranean Salad
Scale this recipe as needed.
Dressing
- 1/4 cup dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp brown mustard
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp white vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder (or real garlic)
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
- 1/4 tbsp sugar (don't skip this)
Combine in bottle and shake, or combine in bowl and stir.
Veggies
- ~4 medium roma tomatoes
- ~1.5 cucumbers
Dice and combine with dressing. Toss right before eating.
