• 1 pkg Johnsonville Italian sausage
• 1 pkg frozen kale
• 1 pkg frozen cauliflower
• ~5 jalapenos, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• White rice

1. Start some rice cooking
2. Brown the sausage in a big pot
3. Add the frozen vegetables, chunkiest first (e.g. cauliflower), so they're all kinda done at the same time
4. Add the diced peppers, cook some more
5. Serve over the rice
