This recipe is loose and meant to be messed with.

• 1 pkg Johnsonville Italian sausage
• 1 pkg frozen kale
• 1 pkg frozen cauliflower
• ~5 jalapenos, diced
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• White rice

• Start some rice cooking
• Brown the sausage in a big pot
• Add the frozen vegetables, chunkiest first (e.g. cauliflower), so they're all kinda done at the same time
• Add the diced peppers, cook some more
• Serve over the rice
