====== Instant Pot Mashed Potatoes ======

===== Ingredients =====
  * ~7 potatoes
  * 1/4 cup butter
  * 1/4 cup sour cream ?
  * 1/4 cup milk
  * 1/2 tsp garlic powder

===== Procedure =====
  - Roughly peel potatoes
  - Cut to ~1" slices
  - Throw in instant pot and cover with water
  - Instant-pot them for 8 minutes
  - Drain
  - Add butter, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and anything else you think you should
  - Mash em up
