This is an old revision of the document!
just coat meat with seasoning and cook in pan with oil on high heat
seasoning recipe:
- 1.5 teaspoon cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon oregano
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.125 teaspoon garlic powder
