====== Aunt Vic's Bean & Corn Salsa ======

Mix:

  * 1 can of black beans, rinsed
  * 2 cans of corn
  * 3-4 jalapenos OR 1 can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  * 1/2 a red onion
  * Handful of cilantro
  * 1 lime's worth of juice
  * 1 tbsp olive oil
  * ~1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  * salt & pepper
  * <1 tbsp chili powder
